    Review:
"Rage is anger so intensified that people lose control and become violent or verbally abusive. As a narrator describes various types of rage, including their behaviors and triggers, teens act out appropriate scenes. Dramatic scenarios of fights, knifings, shootings as well as people throwing objects illustrate types of rage including school rage, alcohol induced rage, and jealous rages, which includes sibling rivalry. Important words and concepts appear onscreen. Physical and emotional symptoms of anger and rage are described followed by examples of the behaviors that might follow. The final section offers some suggestions for managing strong emotions before they turn into rage, such as changing thought patterns, focusing and relaxing, pausing and communicating with the object of your rage, and listening. In some situations, physically changing environments may be the only solution. Learning the triggers of anger and techniques to control it and avoid rage should help many students form happier, less stressful relationships and lower the stress level many feel at school."
